Lolo's 15th death anniversary.

Went to SM Mall Of Asia and Roxas Boulevard just to lurk around. Yesterday is my grandfather's death anniversary so we sneak around at the seaside. My auntie decided to eat halo-halo at Razon's.
       
Comfy flats. Oh I love the color gold.
My outfit yesterday. I keep it simple 'cause I'm just comfortable with what I'm wearin'.

The Breakup Haircut Theory: Girls Cut Their Hair After a Heartbreak?

Why do girls cut their hair after a break-up? My friend once told me that when a girl gets a haircut, especially if it’s unexpected and it’s not just a trim, something happened. So that’s why while everyone else is saying, “Nice haircut!” “Wow, you cut your hair!” and the like, he would say, “What happened?” or “Who’s the guy?” There is some truth to that; my other girl friends and I agreed. Hahaha. It’s the move on or break-up haircut that gives us the superficial sense of feeling better and pretty despite whatever happened (i.e. a break up). It gives us a feeling of a fresh look, a fresh start.
I know a real story. It starts out like this.
And ends up like this.
   
One More Chance (Basha) inspired hairstyle. For a change and new look.
This is the shortest I’ve gone. And yes, it does give me a superficial sense of fresh start and confidence.
I have a number of friends who are like this, too.
To further attempt to prove a point, even Basha (Bea Alonzo) got a haircut after a break up with Popoy (John Lloyd Cruz) in the ultimate break-up movie One More Chance! (Fan girl alert) Hahaha. Do you know of other movies that show this act of breakup haircut?

The Perks Of Being A Wallflower.

This movie is just beauty in its purest form, the book was just as beautiful.
This movie was one of those films that it feels like my heart is crawling up my rib cage and into my mouth because the message just made me want to cry, it was so breathtaking that i just sat there and watched it a second time.
It made me realize how many people must relate to Charlie and his friends, and how less alone that can make you feel, knowing that there are so many people out there thinking the same thing i am, which is. I get that and I’m not alone.
I just think every struggling teen or adult even, should watch this movie and read this book.
I’ve never ever thought this before, but i can’t even compare the two together, there just so amazing that they can’t be dragged down by each other, and the beauty of it all cant be tarnished.
So if you’ve never read or watched perks of being a wallflower, piss off and go do that now.
this is my all time favorite movie..
